Fantasy 5 is easy to play and its name gives away how it works. After visiting a California Lottery authorized retailer, you just need to pick five numbers between 1 and 39. If you're not sure which numbers to pick, you can also ask for a Quick Pick ticket, and you will receive a random set of numbers.
