How to Play Mega Millions in California

Select your numbers

Select five numbers between 1 and 70, plus a Mega Ball number between 1 and 25. Alternatively, you can ask for a Quick Pick and have a random set of numbers generated for you. Decide whether you want to mark the Advance Play option which allows you to enter up to 10 consecutive draws.

Decide on Megaplier

If you happen to buy a ticket outside of California, you will also see the Megaplier option, which increases the value of any non-jackpot prizes you win.

Purchase your ticket

The price of a Mega Millions entry is $2 per play. You need to make sure you enter before 7:45 PM PT on the day of the draw.
